SEAK Foundation's The Sports Bra Challenge, an annual one-day outdoor charity fitness movement, will take place in Union Square Park on Sunday, April 14th, 2013.
The Sports Bra Challenge is a movement, a day for women to empower one another to feel comfortable with their bodies- exactly as they are, and to overcome insecurities by working out within a supportive community in their sports bras.
The day will consist of a (free) kids fitness class taught by SoulCycle's Senior Master Instructor Stacey Griffith, and two, 300-bike SoulCycle classes taught by FOUR of SoulCycle's premier instructors; Stacey Griffith, Melanie Griffith, Ayana Curtis, and Jenny Gaither. The event will close with a live performance and a reception.

The Sports Bra Challenge 2013 Kid Zone
Don't forget to bring your kids along! The SBC Kid Zone in Union Square Park will be filled with fun fitness activities for the kids! SoulCycle Senior Master Instructor, Stacey Griffith brings her signature kids class, GRIF!T, a 30-minute workout designed to get kids movin' and shakin'! It's a hands-free, no weights, total body workout that will empower your child, build their confidence and encourage them to participate in a group setting. Exceed Physical Culture will be on site teaching your children that they can have FUN while becoming stronger! Exceed's kids training program centers around fun and engaging activities that improve muscle balance, increase flexibility and establish posture control and core stability. The overall goal is to develop self-esteem so your child can excel to the next level, whether that is becoming a faster, more agile and impactful player on his/her team, or simply feeling stronger and healthier!
